-Review shipment documents to ensure accuracy and completeness-Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and finalize all required shipment documentation-Review shipment documents received via email and ensure they are properly recorded.-Upload, update, and maintain shipment documents in the company system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.-Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to management in a timely manner.-Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized electronic and physical document records.-Scan, archive, and submit shipment documents to customers as required.-Follow up with customers regarding missing or required documents.-Ensure all documentation is completed and submitted within the required timelines.
