JOB TITLEEmp Life Cycle Senior Specialist | MAF Global Solutions | People & OrganisationRole SummaryELC Senior Specialist acts as a Subject Matter Expert, managing complex employee lifecycle processes across onboarding, employee services, or offboarding while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience. The role partners with key stakeholders to resolve complex cases, support payroll and compliance, and drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and effective use of SuccessFactors and self-service tools.ROLE PROFILEDeliver high-quality, customer-focused HR operational and advisory support in line with defined SLAs and KPIs.Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on Employee Lifecycle processes, policies, and systems.Understand customer needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and employee experience.Process and validate organizational changes, employee status changes, cross-boarding, transfers, promotions, separations, employee documentation, and other employee lifecycle transactions.Ensure employee data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.Participate in system enhancement initiatives, testing activities, automation projects, and process standardization efforts.Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs, process documentation, knowledge articles, and service catalogues.Requirements4–6 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration.Experience supporting multiple countries and/or Operating Companies within a shared services environment.Experience handling complex employee lifecycle transactions and escalations.Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors.Experience supporting payroll-related processes and employee data management.What We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we're on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
