Welcome to the farm.Role Descriptiondigitalfarm is seeking an experienced Remote Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a project based contract.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content across social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and other brand communications. You will work closely with our Creative, Social Media, and Account Management teams to translate briefs and concepts into engaging, on-brand creative work.This role is suited to a senior-level designer who can work independently, manage multiple briefs and deadlines, and deliver polished creative output with minimal supervision. As this is a short-term contract, the ability to quickly understand briefs, adapt to different brand guidelines, and deliver efficiently is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative concepts and visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, and branded content.Translate creative briefs and strategic requirements into strong, engaging visual solutions.Design content across multiple formats, including social media posts, stories, reels, digital ads, presentations, and campaign assets.Work closely with Account Management, Creative, and Social Media teams to understand client requirements and deliverables.Ensure all creative output is aligned with client brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and digital platform specifications.Develop and adapt creative concepts across multiple platforms and formats while maintaining visual consistency.Work on multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute ideas to campaigns and content development.Prepare artwork and final files according to required specifications.Review and refine designs based on internal and client feedback.Maintain high standards of design quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.Stay up to date with current design trends, social media formats, and emerging creative styles.Organize and maintain project files and creative assets efficiently.Qualifications & Skills5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative, advertising, digital, or social media agency.Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design and digital/social media work.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Experience with motion graphics, animation, or Adobe After Effects is an advantage.Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand identity.Excellent understanding of social media design and digital content formats.Ability to interpret creative briefs and develop concepts independently.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, presentation-ready work.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.Experience working with UAE or regional brands is preferred.Arabic language/design experience is an advantage.Additional RequirementsImmediate joiner required.This is a remote, project-based contract position.Must be available to start immediately and commit to the project requirements.Must have a strong portfolio readily available for review.Must be comfortable working remotely and managing deadlines independently.Ability to accommodate UAE/Gulf Standard Time working hours and attend virtual meetings when required.
