| | Support the Head of Product & Proposition in executing the Retail Liabilities strategy and achieving business and portfolio objectives. Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, customer behaviour, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions. Develop and implement product enhancements, pricing strategies, and customer value propositions to drive acquisition, retention, and balances growth with a digital first mindset. Lead and successfully deliver strategic initiatives, product launches, digitization programs, and transformation projects. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, finance, compliance, and marketing to ensure effective execution. Leverage data and customer insights to optimize product performance and support data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and risk management requirements. Contribute to achieving the department's balance sheet, funding, revenue, and customer growth objectives while enhancing overall portfolio value.
