Job Purpose:This role is responsible for providing support to the Head of IR, Strategy & ESG (ISE) in developing and implementing strategies and running day-to-day affairs of ISE function in supporting the growth and profitability of the bank, and ensuring effective communication with investors, stakeholders & Ratings agencies. The role holder is expected to build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, Ratings Agencies and other internal and external stakeholders, and provide timely and accurate information on the bank's performance and financial results.Principal Accountabilities:Investor RelationsSupport Head of ISE in building investors confidence and belief in the bank's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.Assist in preparation of quarterly results collaterals including Management Discussion and Analysis, Earnings Presentations, Corporate Presentations etc. Prepare quantitative and qualitative analysis to support investor relations strategies and plans that contribute to the bank's growth and profitability objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, ratings analysts and other internal and external stakeholders and prepare all investor-related communications relating to bank's financial & operating matters.Analyze & prepare regular reports on the bank's performance, financial results, and key initiatives for distribution to investors, analysts, ratings agencies and other stakeholders. Organize and participate in banks quarterly earnings calls.Support and organize investor and Ratings Agencies meetings, roadshows, and other events to ensure effective communication and engagement with investors.Monitor sell side analysts & external Ratings report, recommendations and projection models/ estimate and regularly summarize them for senior management.Collaborate with the relevant business teams in developing and implementing bank's strategic plan and provide support to align with investor expectations.Prepare and analyze market/competitor data to identify opportunities and risks.Keep abreast and ensure compliance with updated regulatory requirements and best practices in investor relationsActively liaise with teams from Finance, Risk Management, Corporate Secretariat, Corporate Governance, Compliance & other internal touchpoints in procuring information required for internal analysis and external submission to investors, ratings agencies and other stakeholders.Strategy Provide support to the Head of ISE in execution of strategic initiatives through the development of work plans, gathering and generation of relevant data, driving analyses and development of actionable recommendation.Identify and analyze strategic opportunities for the businesses, develop market feasibility and potential growth opportunities.Support in tracking progress of long and short term strategic initiatives implemented by the bank and able to identify risks to completion.ESGResponsible for providing day to day support to Head of ISE across a wide range of sustainability, ESG and social value issues, driving the bank's ESG strategy and promoting social and environmental responsibility.Integrate ESG values into the day to day working of the bank, track strategic ESG tasks and support businesses in meeting their assigned ESG goals.Support Head of ISE in preparing periodic reports and regulatory submissions relating to ESG.Job Requirements (Qualification/Experience):Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
