Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing cloud infrastructure performance, supporting technical teams, troubleshooting complex issues and developing reports, tools and processes to improve Core Network performance delivery. Key responsibilities include performing on-demand analysis of Mobile Core cloud performance, monitoring and optimizing virtualised and cloud-native infrastructure, supporting OpenStack, Kubernetes and OpenShift environments, and analysing compute, processing, storage and networking performance. The role requires experience with resource optimisation, performance tuning, capacity planning, hybrid environments, troubleshooting infrastructure and performance issues with root cause analysis, and supporting monitoring/observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana. Experience with Day-0, Day-1, and Day-2 operational activities, upgrades, patching, expansion, lifecycle management, SLA/ITSM compliance, and working closely with technical and customer-facing teams is also essential.
