Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure. Expert hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS Cloud in production environments. Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD automation. Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, security, and cloud architecture. Proven experience designing and supporting highly available, scalable, and resilient platforms. Strong experience with monitoring, observability, incident management, and production troubleshooting. Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Payment environments is highly preferred. Good understanding of PCI-DSS and security/compliance requirements.
Description
Purpose:To design and evolve scalable, secure, and resilient technology platforms that enable engineering teams to efficiently develop, deploy, operate, and monitor enterprise applications and digital services. Main Duties and Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable platform architecture and engineering solutions. Define platform engineering standards, patterns, and technical practices. Develop and enhance infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities. Design and optimize CI/CD platforms, deployment pipelines, and developer tooling. Drive containerization, orchestration, cloud, and platform automation practices. Ensure platform security, resilience, availability, scalability, and performance. Lead technical resolution of complex platform and infrastructure issues. Develop self-service platform capabilities that improve developer productivity. Evaluate platform technologies and recommend improvements and modernization opportunities. Provide advanced technical guidance and mentorship to engineers. Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, cloud, SRE, and application engineering teams.
