They are a leading hospitality company in their segment serving guests in Dubai since about 15 years. They require a customer-oriented individual to be the first point of contact with our guests and provide excellent service, maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, quality, and customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, and ensure a positive lasting impression. Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas. Manage reservations and maintain a reservation system. Advise guests on the menu, specials, and unusual features of the restaurant. Ensure that all guests are served with a consistent high level of quality. Address customer complaints, suggestions or concerns, and report them to a Manager or the respective department Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well maintained and operational at all times.
