Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is highly preferred.10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or accounting manager role.
Description
· Direct the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes for all entities.· Produce accurate balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and variance analyses.· Oversee corporate ledger consolidation for multiple business units, parent companies, or foreign subsidiaries.· Design, implement, and monitor robust internal control policies to prevent fraud and financial discrepancies.· Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and facilitate year-end financial audits.· Ensure accurate and timely filing of local, state, federal, and international corporate taxes.· Coordinate with departmental heads to build realistic annual operating and capital budgets.· Produce routine cash flow forecasts to optimize working capital and treasury management.· Review financial variances against budget, highlighting risks and cost-saving opportunities to executive teams.· Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting personnel (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll).· Evaluate and optimize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline automated financial workflows.
