Requirements
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete procurement cycle from purchase requisition to delivery and final settlement.Develop and execute procurement plans based on business requirements, sales forecasts, and inventory levels.Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and develop local and international suppliers.Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, contracts, and other commercial conditions.Manage the procurement of perfume oils, fragrances, raw materials, bottles, caps, packaging materials, cartons, labels, and finished products.Manage and monitor international procurement and import activities.Coordinate with shipping and customs clearance providers to ensure timely delivery.Analyze quotations and select suppliers based on price, quality, delivery time, and commercial terms.Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.Build and maintain an updated supplier database.Evaluate supplier performance and take corrective actions when required.Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery according to agreed schedules.Coordinate with Finance, Warehousing, Quality, Production, and Sales teams to ensure availability of required materials and products.Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment requirements.Support procurement activities for the company's branches and international operations when required.Prepare regular procurement reports covering purchasing activities, supplier performance, pricing, and achieved savings.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.Continuously explore new suppliers, products, and sourcing opportunities to improve competitiveness.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.7–10 years of experience in Procurement, including previous managerial or supervisory experience.Strong experience in Local and International Procurement.Proven experience in Import and International Supplier Management.Previous experience in Perfumes, Cosmetics, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Trading is highly preferred.Experience in purchasing perfume raw materials and packaging materials is a strong advantage.Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures, contracts, and commercial terms.Good command of written and spoken English.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; Odoo, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict delivery deadlines.Key SkillsProcurement Management – Strategic Sourcing – Supplier Management – International Procurement – Import – Negotiation – Cost Reduction – Inventory Management – Supply Chain – Contract Management – ERP – Excel – English
