Requirements
Requires 4-7 years of experience with at least 5 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations. Responsibilities include participating in all phases of the implementation cycle (Requirements Gathering, Configuration, Training, UAT, Live), designing smart solutions, preparing documentation, supporting multiple projects, troubleshooting post-Go-Live, and extensive knowledge of HCM modules (Core HR, Absence Management, SSHR, OTL, Payroll, Goals & Performance, ORC, Learning, Career Development) and HDL/HSDL, sandbox, and security profiles. Arabic speaker preferred and experience in payroll costing is beneficial.

Job Role:-Oracle HCM Consultant Support & Implementer (Arabic Speaker Preferred)
Job Description:-Must have 4 -7 Years of Experience with at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Ability to design smart solutions to be applied according to the best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle including Requirements Gathering,Configuration,Training,UAT,Live.
• Respond to Business Needs & Prepare the needed Documents professionally.
• Supports multiple projects/tasks within assigned area of oracle HCM.
• Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live".
• Strong Knowledge is must with fast formulas calculation and validation with HCM modules
• High Knowledge with HDL, HSDL, sandbox, security profile.
• Provide HCM Consultancy Services along with application Technical Solutions with Technical team.
• Supporting finance team to closing monthly payroll costing.
