Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in **Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field**.
3–5 years of relevant experience in **Pre-Contract, Tendering, Contracts or Commercial** roles.
Fresh graduates with strong knowledge of construction contracts and tendering may also be considered for Junior positions.
Good understanding of **BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis and cost estimation**.
Familiarity with **FIDIC and other standard forms of construction contracts** is an advantage.
Ability to review **tender documents, specifications, drawings and contract conditions**.
