Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. 7–10 years of relevant construction/contracts experience. 3–5+ years of UAE/GCC experience, preferably in infrastructure projects. Strong practical knowledge of FIDIC, particularly the 1999 Red Book. Experience in subcontract administration, claims, variations, EOT, and contractual notices. Good understanding of BOQs, rates, payments, and final accounts. Strong written and spoken English. Excellent contractual, commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
