Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Engineering. Ø 2-5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, Draftsman, or BIM Technician. Ø Experience in interior fit-out, design & build, construction, or architectural projects. Ø Strong knowledge of BIM principles, standards, and workflows. Ø Strong understanding of joinery and fit-out systems, including materials (MDF, veneers, laminates, hardwood), finishes, fixings, and hardware. Ø Knowledge of interior construction methods, detailing, and industry best practices. Ø knowledge of shop drawing production and approval workflows. Ø Knowledge of project lifecycle, from design development through to installation and handover. Ø Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM software Ø Professional in BIM modeling and drafting. Ø Skills in Clash detection, coordination and technical drawing preparation. Ø Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and coordination. Ø Ability to read and interpret architectural, ID, MEP, and structural drawings for coordination. Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ø Create accurate 3D BIM models, coordinate multidisciplinary models, identify and resolve design clashes. Ø Ability to manage multiple priorities and technical packages across different stages of the project. Ø Skills in tracking production, deliveries, and installations against project schedules. Ø Capable of troubleshooting on-site technical issues and proposing practical solutions quickly.

Description

Ø Maintain BIM documentation and model version control. Ø Assist in the preparation of material schedules and quantity take-offs. Ø Conduct quality checks to ensure model accuracy and completeness. Ø Coordinate with site teams to verify installation details and update as-built information. Ø Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings in line with project schedules.
