Requirements

Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Graphisoft ArchiCAD, or SketchUp is essential. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, construction industry practices, BIM workflows, leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary. Experience with Revit and Navisworks is preferred, and a BIM certification is an advantage.

As a leading turnkey contractor, we've forged strategic alliances with global partners to execute some of the world's most iconic projects.Role SummaryThe BIM Architectural Team Leader will lead and manage a team of BIM engineers and technicians, ensuring the successful development, coordination, and delivery of high-quality BIM models for construction projects.
