Sound knowledge of HR policies, organisation design, and wider HR disciplines. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively across functions.

This role suits an experienced HR professional looking to work closely with senior stakeholders in a banking environment.The RoleReporting into the HR head, you will act as a business partner to senior leaders, aligning HR activity with business needs.
