Requirements
Prior experience in the UAE real estate industry is required. Two to three years of experience in contract administration, transaction coordination, real estate operations, or a similar role is required. Knowledge of UAE real estate transaction processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements is required. Experience with MOUs, Tawtheeq, property management contracts, and transaction documentation is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic are required. Attention to detail, organizational, document management, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is required. Experience with CRM systems and digital document management tools is advantageous.
