Act as the strategic link between regional customer needs and global development teams, escalating requirements to enhance the long-term digital supply chain product roadmapWho You AreYou hold a BSc degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, or related degree. Post graduate degree is preferredYou built deep functional knowledge of core supply chain principles, advanced inventory management theories, demand forecasting, warehousing optimization, and distribution network designYou built a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience within a management consulting firm or an internal corporate advisory/operational transformation team, steering high-impact initiatives with a specific focus on: logistics, cold chain management, storage topology optimization, deep familiarity with work streams such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C), and/or alignment of customer-facing fulfillment workflows with broader commercial business strategiesYou are experienced in utilizing structured supply chain and project management frameworks (e.g., SCOR, CPFR, Value Stream Mapping / Lean VSM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or traditional PM principles)You built advanced consultative selling, workshop facilitation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage complex external stakeholder dynamics, lead cross-functional squads, and drive changeYou have excellent interpersonal skills, advanced written and oral communication skillsAdvanced professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
