To ensure all piping systems are mechanically complete, inspected, tested, and certified ready for commissioning and handover. To support safe and efficient hydrostatic and pneumatic testing while maintaining full compliance with project quality and HSE procedure. To coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to achieve timely system completion and turnover on major oil and gas projects such as ADNOC developments. Prepare detailed piping test packs using approved P&IDs, isometric drawings, line lists, and project documentation. Define system and subsystem boundaries to align with construction completion and commissioning priorities. Review piping drawings and specifications to ensure readiness for pressure testing activities. Coordinate with construction teams to confirm piping systems are installed, completed, and ready for testing. Ensure all welding, NDT, and inspection activities are completed and properly documented prior to testing. Verify material traceability and compliance with project and international codes such as ASME B31.3. Plan and execute hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests in accordance with approved procedures. Witness and supervise pressure testing activities ensuring adherence to safety and technical requirements. Ensure piping systems are properly flushed, cleaned, and reinstated before and after testing. Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspection approvals and test acceptance. Identify, record, and track punch list items and ensure closure before system handover. Maintain test pack registers and track progress status from preparation through completion. Compile and submit test dossiers including pressure test reports, certificates, and inspection records. Interface with pre-commissioning and commissioning teams to support smooth system turnover. Ensure compliance with project HSE policies and safe execution of all testing activities. Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives for testing coordination and approvals. Support mechanical completion and ready for commissioning certification processes. Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, constraints, and completion status. Resolve technical issues related to piping testing, documentation, and field execution. Participate in audits, inspections, and client reviews related to piping systems and testing documentation.
