Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, or EPC environments, specifically in piping pressure testing, test pack preparation, and system handover. Must have strong knowledge of piping codes (e.g., ASME B31.3), hydrotesting procedures, QA/QC, NDT, inspection, completion/turnover systems (e.g., WinPCS, SmartPlant), P&IDs, drawings, and HSE requirements. Experience with large-scale projects in the Middle East is preferred.
