We are looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner who will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to business leaders, managing workforce planning, employee relations, outsourced workforce activities, Emiratization initiatives, and HR governance for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the region.This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.The role sits within the Human Resources Department and reports directly to the HR Manager / Head of HR.Key responsibilities:Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business units and provide strategic and operational HR guidance to business leaders.Execute HR strategies, policies, SOPs, SLAs, and governance frameworks in alignment with business objectives.Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and relevant regulatory requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.Support workforce planning and monitor headcount movements, vacancies, replacements, transfers, promotions, and organizational changes.Manage HR activities related to outsourced employees and service providers, including recruitment, onboarding, contract renewals, attendance, exits, and invoicing.Monitor outsourced workforce vendors against agreed SLAs and KPIs and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.Manage employee relations matters, including employee inquiries, grievances, disciplinary processes, investigations, and HR escalations.Drive Emiratization initiatives, monitor workforce targets, prepare relevant reports, and support the engagement and retention of UAE National talent.Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, workforce utilization, employee movements, outsourced workforce, and Emiratization.Analyse workforce trends and provide actionable HR insights to management.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Operations teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.Build strong relationships with business leaders, internal stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure effective delivery of HR services.Knowledge, skills & experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.5–7 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering.Strong experience in workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational change.Hands-on experience managing outsourced employees and workforce service providers.Strong understanding of Emiratization initiatives and UAE nationalization requirements.Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.Experience in HR analytics, reporting, dashboards, and HRIS data management.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to advise business leaders effectively.Experience in HR policies, SOPs, SLAs, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification is preferred.Availability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
