Job PurposeSupport the timely and accurate financial close, consolidation and reporting of multiple entities and ledgers in accordance with IFRS and Group requirementsAssist in maintaining financial data and general ledger integrity, including reconciliations, financial statements and audit requirementsSupport the use of AI-enabled and digital finance tools to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy and financial analysisRoles And ResponsibilitiesGroup Consolidation & Financial ReportingSupport monthly, quarterly and annual Group consolidation and financial reportingAssist with reporting submissions, account mapping, intercompany eliminations and Group-level adjustmentsPrepare consolidation schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentationCoordinate with subsidiaries and finance teams for accurate, timely informationFinancial Close & General LedgerSupport monthly, quarterly and annual close across assigned entities and ledgersPrepare journals, accruals, provisions, reclassifications and period-end adjustmentsAssist in reviewing trial balances and identifying accounting or reporting discrepanciesSupport accurate account mapping and financial reporting classificationsReconciliations & Financial ControlsPrepare and review general ledger, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliationsFollow up on outstanding reconciliation items and support timely resolutionAssist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentationSupport compliance with Group policies, internal controls and reporting proceduresAudit & ComplianceSupport internal and external audits with schedules, reconciliations, financial statements and documentationAssist in responding to audit queries and coordinating required informationSupport compliance with IFRS, statutory requirements and Group financial policiesFinancial Analysis & Management ReportingAssist in preparing variance analysis, financial analysis and management reportsSupport analysis of performance against budget, forecast and prior periodsPrepare supporting analysis and commentary on key financial movementsAssist with budget, forecast and cash-flow reporting requirementsAI, Digital & Process ImprovementUse approved AI-enabled, analytics and digital tools to support reconciliations, financial reporting and analysisAssist in identifying opportunities to automate repetitive finance activitiesSupport improvements to reporting processes, controls and ERP workflowsApply appropriate validation and review to AI-generated outputs and insightsRelated Year Of ExperienceMin of 6+ years of experience of financial accounting and management accounting experienceField Of ExperienceExperience of accounting within real estate or related industry is preferredExperience in complex Group-wide accounting and reporting, preferably in a public companyTechnical And Interpersonal SkillsGood knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS and financial reporting principles.Good understanding of general ledger, reconciliations and consolidation processes.Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel and financial reporting tools; Oracle experience preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.Working knowledge of AI-enabled and digital finance tools for analysis, reporting and process efficiencyGood communication, stakeholder coordination and time-management skills.
