Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Career Counselor in UAE. Strong knowledge of global university application processes (UAE, UK, USA, Canada, India, and others). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Certifications in career counseling/psychometric testing will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Career Counselor to join our team and support our learners in discovering their potential and making informed career decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to guide students on academic pathways, subject selections, and career opportunities. Support students in preparing for higher education admissions (UAE and international universities). Conduct career guidance workshops, seminars, and assessments for students and parents. Assist in organizing university fairs, guest lectures, and internship/placement opportunities. Collaborate with teaching staff to align counseling with students academic strengths and goals. Maintain updated knowledge on university admission requirements, scholarships, and global education trends. Offer personal development and soft skills training (e.g., communication, time management, study skills). Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's/Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field.
