Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Continental Cuisine – Hot & Cold to join the private culinary team of a VIP family in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position offers an excellent opportunity to prepare and present high-quality Continental dishes in a private and luxurious household setting, while maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Continental hot and cold dishes according to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
Manage the assigned hot and cold sections, ensuring smooth and efficient food preparation.
Prepare ingredients, sauces, salads, cold appetizers, soups, and main courses as required.
Ensure excellent food quality, taste, freshness, and presentation at all times.
Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Manage proper food storage, stock rotation, and ingredient availability.
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to prepare daily menus and special meals.
Adapt dishes and preparation methods to meet the family's specific preferences and requirements.
