About the role:
We are seeking an experienced insurance assistant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will leverage 3–6 years of insurance expertise to support policy administration, endorsements, motor and medical insurance operations, and claims processing while delivering exceptional customer service. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all insurance tasks and collaborate closely with underwriters, brokers, and clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
Process motor and medical insurance applications and documentation
Support claims processing by liaising with clients, adjusters, and third parties
Provide high-quality customer service and address policyholder enquiries
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Dubai/UAE regulatory requirements
Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
Prepare monthly reports and summaries for management review
Utilize MS Office Suite to generate documentation, manage spreadsheets, and present data
Required qualifications:
3–6 years of experience in insurance administration roles
Proven expertise in insurance policies, endorsements, motor insurance, and medical insurance
Strong knowledge of claims processing procedures and documentation
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Familiarity with Dubai/UAE insurance regulations and compliance standards
Preferred qualifications:
Professional certification in insurance (e.g., CII, AIC)
Experience with insurance management software (e.g., Applied Epic, Guidewire)
Bilingual in English and Arabic
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
