Job description
The Projects team is dedicated to supporting Accor’s opening teams and owners by delivering a tailored procurement value proposition. This role simplifies the pre-opening process, generates value for all stakeholders, and ensures compliance with Accor’s procurement policies. As a trusted advisor to owners, you will provide end-to-end procurement support throughout the pre-opening phase.
Key responsibilities:
Define and lead the end-to-end pre-opening procurement strategy for the Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio across MEA, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and owner expectations.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Brand D&TS, Development, Operations, and Finance to deliver integrated project outcomes.
Own BOQs, budgets, and procurement roadmaps; manage a network of Procurement Agents and external consultants with clear performance standards.
Lead mock-up reviews, OS&E design presentations, and takeover evaluations, representing Accor procurement at senior owner and brand forums.
Project P&L tracking and revenue collection; deliver executive-level strategic reporting to SVPs, VPOs, and C-suite stakeholders.
Qualifications
12+ years in procurement, supply chain, or project management within luxury hospitality
Proven track record managing pre-opening procurement at a regional or multi-country level
MEA market experience strongly preferred; Arabic language a plus
Strategic leadership and stakeholder influence at C-suite and owner level
Expert negotiation and contract management capabilities
Deep expertise in luxury FF&E, OS&E, and brand standards
Strong programme management and P&L ownership
Travel 40%+ across the MEA region
