Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services for civil projects.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing solutions.Prepare RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.Coordinate with project, planning, and site teams to meet project procurement requirements.Monitor supplier performance, material quality, and compliance with project specifications.Handle snagging and Defects Liability Period (DLP) procurement requirements and coordinate rectification activities.Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, budgets, and contractual obligations.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.5-6 years of procurement experience within civil construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontracting, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiations.Experience in preparing RFQs, purchase orders, comparative statements, and procurement reports.Good understanding of project budgets, cost control, and procurement planning.Experience in snagging and Defects Liability Period (DLP) activities is preferred.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Procurement systems.
