Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; a master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 22+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects from inception to completion. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage diverse teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and relevant legal regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. Professional certifications such as PMP, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
