We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused ENT specialist doctor to join a reputed healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions and will be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive ENT consultations and clinical examinations.
Diagnose and manage a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
Evaluate patients with hearing difficulties, sinus problems, nasal obstruction, throat disorders, and related complaints.
Develop appropriate, evidence-based treatment plans.
Perform relevant diagnostic and minor ENT procedures within the approved scope of practice.
Manage common ENT conditions including otitis, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, and other ENT infections.
Assess patients presenting with tinnitus, vertigo, hearing loss, and balance disorders.
Evaluate and manage voice and swallowing disorders.
Identify patients requiring surgical intervention and coordinate appropriate treatment or referral.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative assessment and follow-up where applicable.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Explain diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and follow-up plans clearly to patients and their families.
Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, pediatricians, and other specialists.
Participate in quality improvement, clinical audits, infection-control, and patient-safety initiatives.
Follow DHA regulations, professional standards, clinical guidelines, and facility policies.
