As a key member of the executive team, the CTO will lead the digital transformation journey, enhance technological capabilities across all business units, and ensure that technology aligns with overall business goals, enhancing operational efficiency and customer engagement.Technology Strategy & Vision Define and execute the group's technology roadmap in alignment with strategic business goals Champion digital transformation across all business units, including automotive retail,aftersales, mobility services, and logistics. Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and innovations that can improve businessperformance.Leadership & Management Lead and develop the IT and digital teams, fostering a high-performance, agile, and innovativeculture. Collaborate with other executives to integrate technology into all areas of the organization, fromcustomer service to operations and finance. Oversee the management and development of enterprise-wide systems, platforms, andinfrastructure.Digital Transformation & Innovation Drive the implementation of ERP, CRM, data analytics, and customer experience platformsacross brands. Oversee the development of digital products and e-commerce platforms that enhance customerjourney.
