Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.Good understanding of software development processes and technology terminology.Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.Ability to manage several priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.Excellent written and spoken English.Strong documentation and presentation skills.Proficiency with productivity and project-management tools.High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience as a technical coordinator, project coordinator, product assistant, business analyst, executive assistant, or similar role.Familiarity with Agile development, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or comparable tools.Experience working with software development, cloud infrastructure, AI, or SaaS teams.Ability to understand technical discussions and communicate their business impact clearly.German language skills would be considered an advantage.

CTO AssistantPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, technically minded, and proactive CTO Assistant to support the Chief Technology Officer in coordinating technology initiatives, managing priorities, and improving communication across technical and business teams.This role combines executive support, project coordination, technical follow-up, and documentation. The ideal candidate understands software development environments and can translate discussions, decisions, and requirements into clear, trackable actions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the CTO in planning, prioritizing, and following up on technology initiatives.Coordinate activities between software development, AI, infrastructure, QA, product, and business teams.Prepare meeting agendas, document decisions, and maintain action items and deadlines.Monitor project progress and provide concise status reports to the CTO.Organize the CTO’s calendar, meetings, priorities, and follow-up activities.Assist in preparing technical presentations, management reports, proposals, and internal documentation.Track technical risks, operational issues, dependencies, and escalations.Follow up with team leaders to ensure agreed actions are completed on time.Help document technical processes, system information, policies, and project requirements.Support communication with customers, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.Assist with research and evaluation of technologies, tools, and service providers.Handle sensitive technical and business information with strict confidentiality.Help improve reporting, communication, and operational processes within the technology organization.
