Requirements
B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Agribusiness.Expert in MS Excel; high proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and database management.7–10 years of intensive experience in operations planning, master scheduling, or logistics control centers.Minimum 3+ years operating as a Resource Planner or Planning Manager within a complex, high-volume Matrix Organization (Agribusiness, manufacturing, or heavy logistics sectors highly preferred)
Description
A. Resource Ownership & Matrix Moderation · Oversee and manage the centralized intake system for all incoming asset, facilities, labor, and advisory requests from all internal regional arms and external client segments. · Apply strict prioritization rules, balancing seasonal crop timelines and biological urgencies against contractual SLAs to allocate resources without internal bias. · Act as the first-line moderator when resource constraints or scheduling deadlocks occur between different farm portfolios, TS teams, or commercial accounts. B. Capacity Management & Scheduling Optimization · Maintain an active, real-time digital dashboard tracking the total available hours, locations, and maintenance statuses of all physical shared assets and technical teams. · Generate the master weekly and monthly deployment calendars, mapping out optimized logistical routes for machinery and technical engineers to cut fuel overhead and travel downtime. · Continuously broadcast capacity forecasts to the Agri-Commercial Unit, flagging upcoming "Inactive" or unutilized equipment/labor windows so they can be immediately monetized in the external market. C. Governance & System Management · Enforce the mandatory 14-to-30-day resource booking window for all internal operations to protect scheduling predictability. · Oversee the scheduling and ticketing modules of the corporate ERP platform, ensuring all field resource consumption is logged accurately for precise ROI tracking by the Data Analyst.
