Requirements
Experience in large scale Commercial & Administrative projects/Malls.15 years of relevant experience in Construction, 5 of which is a similar position.PMP Certified or equivalent.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with postgraduate studies – MBA, PRMG Certificate, and Project risk management will be a plus.Ability to use the main MS Office applications, Primavera and CAD program.Strategic planning, strong reporting, and analytical skills.Demonstrated high leadership and communication skills.Very good Negotiation Skills.
Description
Key Responsibilities Include:Prepare, oversee, manage the schedule and continuously monitor actual time to ensure timely completion.Responsible for the resources allocation including manpower and budget.Develop and implement advanced execution practices.Monitor and control program compliance in respect of the projects contractual obligations.Ensure that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project.Ensuring the Project controls team produces weekly/ monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actual, forecast, and explanation of variances.Develop a reporting system for yearly, quarterly and monthly review that would allow management to get orientated to result as required and monitor progress at project sites efficiently.Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with the owners, consultants, contractors and the community.Responsible for proper management of material delivery on sites and ensuring proper handling of site materials.Responsible for ensuring all quality and safety procedure are followed on site.Coordinate with design, technical office, marketing, and sales departments.Manage project documents from drawings, schedules, quantities, and specifications, and notify the technical office of any deficiencies.
