Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.4 – 6 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or Order Management.Previous experience in the medical equipment sector is highly preferred.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, reporting, and data analysis.Excellent coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Job PurposeResponsible for coordinating the end-to-end sales operations cycle, ensuring seamless collaboration between the Sales Team and all concerned departments, timely order execution, accurate documentation, and effective management reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Collections, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Service, and other relevant departments.Process and follow up on sales and work orders from initiation through delivery, inspection, invoicing, and collection.Manage and track government, private-sector, tender, and UPA supply orders.Review customer credit limits, outstanding balances, and previous deliveries before processing orders.Verify purchase orders and award notifications against approved technical and commercial offers.Monitor open orders, pending deliveries, stock availability, stock transfers, invoices, and collections.Follow up on inspection and addition reports and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.Resolve pending orders and invoices through proactive coordination with the relevant departments.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the ERP system.Prepare clear daily, weekly, and monthly management reports covering orders, deliveries, invoicing, collections, pending actions, and key operational issues.Identify delays, discrepancies, and potential risks, ensuring proper follow-up and escalation through resolution.Support the Sales Team with quotations, documentation, customer requirements, and other sales coordination activities.
