Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, aviation, or logistics, or a Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience. Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in office secretarial work. Proficiency in filing, document control, records management, timesheets, leave administration, and report handling is essential. Experience with HLO certification/training, helicopter coordination, passenger handling, helideck operations, aviation bookings, vessel movements, cargo manifests, supply boat coordination, transportation logistics, and fuel/water/food supply management is required. Strong communication and liaison skills with various stakeholders, including supervisors, offshore personnel, pilots, vessel crews, radio operators, and external authorities, are necessary. Familiarity with MS Office, report preparation, inventory tracking, database/document management, and business correspondence is also needed.

Job Description Maintain and organize office files, records, reports, and operational documents. Coordinate helicopter and vessel movements, including passenger and cargo logistics. Prepare and manage cargo manifests, aviation bookings, and transportation documentation. Handle administrative activities such as timesheets, leave requests, accommodation arrangements, visas, and security pass coordination. Monitor heliport operations, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with HLO requirements and safe helicopter operations Coordinate fuel, water, food supplies, work boats, and inventory/material requirements for offshore operations. Support audits, prepare periodic reports, and coordinate communications during emergency situations.
