Description
Handle purchase requisitions related to quarries, equipment, operational services, rentals, and equipment spare parts.Coordinate with contractors and follow up operational requirements related to loading, hauling, crushing, maintenance, and other quarry services.Follow up equipment rental requests and requests to purchase operating tools or equipment when required.Follow up spare parts purchase requests and ensure specifications or part numbers are clear whenever possible.Ensure all required documents and approvals are complete before submitting purchase requisitions.Track requisition status in the system until approval is completed.Coordinate with Procurement or the supply order issuing team regarding incomplete or unclear requests.Share approved purchase requisitions with the team responsible for issuing Purchase orders.Follow up and enter approved changes to purchase requisitions when required.
