Job Summary:The Human Resources Business Partner ( HRBP) will serve as a seasoned partner to assigned Logistic Centers. This role involves providing advanced counsel and comprehensive solutions on people and organizational issues, with a focus on driving a high performance culture, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring alignment with company, and HR policies & practices. The Senior HRBP will take a lead role in HR projects, contribute to talent development at all levels, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies/regulations.Responsibilities:Partnership & Advanced Advisory: Serve as a lead partner to assigned logistic centers, influencing decision making at senior levels and proactively contributing to the overall HR strategy with a focus on business challengesProvide expert advice and consultative HR solutions, acting as a primary point of contact for people issues and organizational development initiatives Act as an employee advocate and provide HR business partnership to site and departmental leadership teams to drive staff engagement, talent retention, and high potential development Guide the headcount planning/execution process for assigned areas, ensuring optimal resource allocation Proactively initiate and leverage HR analytics to provide data-driven insights that contribute to business progress, strategic planning, and forecastingTalent Management & Organizational Development:Lead the implementation of performance management to cultivate a consistently high performing culture, including coaching leaders on performance optimizationDrive HR initiatives and projects for the assigned LC's/populations, including contributions to recruitment process ensuring timely and effective hiringCo-implement talent development and management programs, including transfers, talent rotation, and development initiativesProvide coaching and mentorship to senior team members and managers, specifically addressing leadership and team development needsHR Operations, Compliance & Risk Management:Oversee and enhance a healthy organizational climate, ensuring the efficient execution of established human resources policies and procedures, often leading policy refinement initiativesManage and provide guidance on day-to-day operational HR work, including cases related to attendance, leaves, and payroll variable calculationsAct as a primary liaison with the HR Head Office team for critical employee requests and inquiries, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless service deliveryEnsure compliance of HR practices with all legislative, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and guidelines, often acting as a subject matter expert in complianceProactively identify and mitigate HR-related risks within the assigned LC'sQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A relevant advanced professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is strongly preferredMinimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2-3 years specifically in a dedicated HR Business Partner role, preferably within a large, complex organization or a fast-paced, dynamic industryExtensive proven experience in partnering directly with various levels of management to develop and deliver HR solutions that directly impact business objectivesDemonstrated advanced track record of successfully leading and managing employee relations cases, driving comprehensive performance management cycles, and implementing talent development and retention initiativesProven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercise sound judgment, and provide strategic counsel on sensitive HR mattersExperience in leading cross-functional HR projects and initiativesPowered by JazzHRAwsS9k0jkL
