Project Engineer – UAELocation: Dubai, UAEKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily site operations and ensure progress aligns with the approved project schedule and baseline.Monitor planned vs. actual progress and proactively identify potential delays in construction or material procurement.Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, and site teams.Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and UAE requirements.Manage project documentation, including drawings, permits, progress reports, inspections, and records.Identify and resolve technical, construction, and coordination issues promptly.Monitor the procurement lifecycle, including orders, invoices, deliveries, loading/unloading, material inspection, and quality control.Ensure procured materials meet approved specifications and are available in line with the project programme.Report key milestones, progress, risks, challenges, and potential delays to the Line Manager.Ensure quality requirements are consistently implemented across procurement, drawings, and site execution.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, UAE regulations, and quality standards.Experience in project progress monitoring, procurement coordination, and site management.Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.UAE construction experience is preferred.
