We're looking for a motivated Junior Trade Execution Associate to join our Trade Execution team. Joining our team means becoming part of an ambitious and fast-growing international environment where talent, collaboration, and innovation create a real global impact.What will you be doing?Support the execution of sales and purchase contracts throughout the transaction lifecycle.Prepare and process trade-related documentation in accordance with contractual requirements.Coordinate with traders and internal departments to ensure all documentation is accurate and completed on time.Follow up with customers, suppliers, banks, inspection companies, shipping lines, and other stakeholders regarding required documents.Assist in preparing documentary instructions based on contractual requirements.Review trade documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.Monitor shipment milestones and ensure all required documentation is available in line with the agreed schedule.Update contract and shipment information in the ERP system.Maintain accurate records and documentation for each transaction.Communicate shipment and documentation updates to internal and external stakeholders.
