Our commitment to reach this ambitious objective is guided by our shared purpose MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER HOME.Responsibilities:Provide VAP sales volumes defined as part of company policy/budget (or as agreed with the Sales Manager)Prospects, visits regularly, and builds loyalty with a portfolio of customers which are construction companies, applicators, developers, small customers, homebuilders etc.Promotes solutions to customers by explaining all technical aspects on each product of the rangeDevelops both customer mix (small, large, medium customers) and product mix (Internal/External/Finishing Plasters)Improves and reinforces Saint Gobain brand in the sector he/she operatesMakes weekly and monthly sales forecast with the Sales ManagerVisits customers / prospects to assess their current and future demands / requirements.Work closely with Plant/Operations team and ask them for support when necessaryAcknowledge and quote tenders for all customers in a timely manner & before deadlines.Negotiate prices, volumes, extras, services and be able to negotiate tough situations (prices, delay, claims etc.)Follows the jobsite up to the end (especially in supply & apply projects)Fully responsible for his portfolio and be able to self-analyze sales success and failures.Keep abreast of developments in related industries that are likely to positively or negatively impact business performance, and to effectively monitor competitor's sales volumes/prices in his regionRequirements:Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience in building materials sales.Civil Engineer with 2 years experience in building materials sales.Candidate must have reasonable fluency in spoken Arabic and English.
