Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, and over 10 years of experience in PMO, project controls, governance, or performance management, with proven experience in a senior PMO leadership role. Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk, change, KPI/SLA, and contract management is essential. Experience in large-scale infrastructure, transportation, railway, or O&M projects is highly preferred.

Job Title: Senior PMO ManagerLocation: Cairo, EgyptJob PurposeLead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring effective project governance, integrated planning, project controls, performance management, risk management, contractual compliance, and executive reporting across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead the PMO governance framework, processes, and standards.Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and monitor project progress.Oversee project controls, forecasting, performance tracking, and change management.Monitor contractual obligations, KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.Maintain risk and action registers and ensure effective mitigation and closure.Manage requirements traceability and coordinate fulfillment across departments.Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and performance updates for senior management.Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Quality, and supporting functions.Identify project risks, delays, and performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, policies, procedures, and reporting tools.Ensure alignment between business objectives, contractual commitments, and operational plans.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.10+ years of experience in PMO, project controls, governance, or performance management.Proven experience in a senior PMO leadership role.Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk, change, KPI/SLA, and contract management.Experience in large-scale infrastructure, transportation, railway, or O&M projects is highly preferred.PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PMOCP, or equivalent certification is an advantage.Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Strong ability to prepare and present reports to senior management.
