The Manager – Receivables & Collections will oversee receivables management and collection performance across the Company's off-plan development projects and income-generating leased asset portfolio. The role ensures effective monitoring of SPA-based collections, leasing receivables, cash flow forecasting, default management, and coordination with Sales, Leasing, Finance, and Legal teams, while supporting regulatory compliance, financial governance, and executive reporting.
