JOB DESCRIPTIONMarketing Executive – Field WorkPositionMarketing Executive – Field Sales & Customer AcquisitionJob SummaryWe are looking for energetic, confident, and motivated freshers to join our field marketing team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for visiting residential buildings, offices, shops, restaurants, and other potential customer locations to promote PEARL DROP Drinking Water, generate leads, acquire new customers, and maintain customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily field visits to assigned residential and commercial areas.Identify potential customers and generate new leads.Promote PEARL DROP Drinking Water products, offers, and coupon packages.Explain products, pricing, offers, and services to potential customers.Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.Collect customer details and maintain accurate lead information.Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into orders.Build and maintain good relationships with customers.Record daily visits, customer responses, leads, and follow-up requirements.Coordinate with the customer care and sales team.Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market offers.Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.Submit regular field visit and performance reports.Candidate RequirementsFreshers are preferred and encouraged to apply.Previous experience in field sales or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Confident and friendly personality.Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales and marketing.Self-motivated and target-oriented.Comfortable working outdoors and visiting different locations.Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Maps.Good customer-handling and communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:Energetic and enthusiastic.Comfortable speaking with new people.Willing to learn sales and marketing techniques.Hardworking and disciplined.Positive and professional in dealing with customers.Interested in building a long-term career in sales and marketing.ExperienceFreshers: PreferredExperienced candidates: WelcomePrevious experience in FMCG, drinking water, field sales, or customer acquisition will be considered an advantage, but training will be provided for suitable freshers.Job TypeFull-Time | Field-BasedReporting ToSales / Marketing Manager
