Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join a leading oilfield services organization in a full-time capacity based in East Ahmadi, Kuwait. This individual will serve as the senior HR leader supporting operations across Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, acting as the primary point of contact between regional business leaders, country managers, and North American HR leadership. This role is responsible for leading a team of approximately eight HR professionals, driving employee development, improving HR capabilities, and ensuring alignment between regional operations and global HR strategies.The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day HR operations across the region, including employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment support, onboarding, visa and mobility processes, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. A key focus of this position will be coaching and mentoring the existing HR team, elevating the function from a largely administrative support group to a more strategic HR organization. This individual will partner closely with operational leaders to support both local employees and rotational expatriate workforces while ensuring compliance with regional employment laws and regulations.This role requires a strong HR Business Partner and Generalist background, combined with demonstrated people leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling complex employee relations matters, developing HR talent, implementing process improvements, and bringing an enterprise-wide perspective to regional HR initiatives. Some travel within the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE, may be required.Required Skills & Experience• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR leadership capacity• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing and developing teams of 2+ employees• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR technology solutions• Experience leading day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and workforce support• Experience within Oil & Gas, Oilfield Services, Mining, or other industrial environments• Knowledge of Kuwait and/or Saudi Arabian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR practices• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop HR professionals while driving a more strategic HR functionNice to Have Skills & Experience• Experience working with organizations that support or partner with Saudi Aramco, Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), or similar energy-sector clients• Exposure to multi-country HR operations within the Middle East• Experience driving HR process improvements and organizational capability development
