We are looking for a creative, innovative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our growing marketing team.You will work closely with the Marketing and Community Management teams to develop creative content that strengthens Luxarabia's brand and supports property launches, campaigns, events and day-to-day marketing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality visual content, graphics and images for social media and marketing campaignsDevelop creative content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platformsCreate AI-generated images, videos and visual concepts for real estate projects and campaignsUse AI tools to develop innovative property visuals, creative concepts and marketing contentDevelop creative assets for property launches, project campaigns, events and promotional activitiesDesign marketing materials including:Property brochuresFlyersBusiness cardsPresentationsDigital advertisementsEvent materialsAdapt creative assets into different formats, dimensions and platform requirementsCollaborate with the Marketing and Community Management teams to develop content ideas and campaignsEnsure all creative materials follow Luxarabia's brand guidelines and visual identityMaintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery and overall visual styleCreate content that communicates property features, lifestyle and investment opportunities effectivelySupport the marketing team with urgent and time-sensitive creative requestsStay updated with the latest social media, design, AI and real estate marketing trendsOrganize creative files and ensure final assets are delivered accurately and on timeTake feedback from the marketing team and make revisions efficiently
