The role ensures that all quality standards, SLAs, and KPIs are consistently achieved while delivering a high-quality end-to-end recruitment service.This position involves planning and executing campus recruitment strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering an excellent hiring manager and candidate experience.
