Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, and international trade regulations. Proven negotiation skills with customers, agents, and shipping lines. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
