We are currently seeking a Transport & Installation (T&I) and Naval Engineer Jr – for an Extra-Curricular Internship, reporting directly to Modularization Assessment, Modules Transportation and Weight Control Section Head to join our Engineering Department team based in Rome - Italy

About the mission we offer you:
You will work inside the Modular Design Section that is in charge of the management of Proposals, Basic Engineering Design up to Detail Engineering Design of Modularized Onshore Projects
Key interaction of the Transport & Installation and Naval Engineer is internally with Project teams, Procurement, Construction and others engineering disciplines; externally with Clients, Yard fabricators Transport Contractors and Marine Warranty Surveyor.
The Transport & Installation and Naval Engineer Jr. shall support in defining and managing all the phases of the Land (by SPMT) and Sea Transportation (by Vessel / Barge) activities, including but not exclusive aspects related to Marine and Load-out activities in close coordination with Project Lead and functional entities.
The Transport & Installation and Naval Engineer shall support the structural design of Modules during Land and Sea transportation, by defining input data to structural engineers.
The role and your responsibilities may include but are not limited to support the Discipline Coordinator and Engineers in the following activities:
Review and approval of technical documentation issued by Transport Contractors
