Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.3–5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.Proven sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn, WUZZUF, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, preferably with experience in Competency-Based Interviews (CBI).Experience in recruiting for different functions and organizational levels.Good knowledge of ATS / HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Good analytical skills with the ability to monitor and report recruitment KPIs.Very good command of English, both written and spoken.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, ownership, and attention to detail.
Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to offer and hiring.Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, WUZZUF, job boards, referrals, social media, headhunting, and talent databases.Conduct CV screening, phone screening, competency-based interviews, and candidate assessments.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Coordinate interviews and assessment processes with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.Manage candidate communication and ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Prepare candidate profiles, interview feedback, recruitment reports, and hiring updates.Negotiate offers with selected candidates and support the hiring process until joining.Track and analyze key Talent Acquisition KPIs, including Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Source of Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and recruitment pipeline.Maintain accurate and updated recruitment data on the ATS/HR systems.Support employer branding activities, career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives.Continuously explore new sourcing channels and recruitment methodologies to improve hiring efficiency.Support recruitment process improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing the overall TA function.
