This role is focused on delivering high-acuity, life-saving care to critically ill patients within a state-of-the-art intensive care environment equipped with advanced monitoring systems, ventilatory support, and rapid response capability. The hospital operates a closed ICU model, supported by intensivists, anesthesiologists, emergency physicians, and specialty consultants, ensuring comprehensive management of complex medical and surgical cases requiring critical care intervention. Role overview Position: Consultant/specialist critical care medicine physician Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Healthcare setting: Multispecialty tertiary-care hospital – intensive care unit (ICU) Experience required: Minimum 3+ years post-specialty Practice model: Full-time ICU-based care including inpatient management and multidisciplinary collaboration The successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment, stabilization, and management of critically ill patients, ensuring optimal outcomes through evidence-based intensive care practices.
